Here are a few easy and satisfying recipes. I often make a juice with one of these recipes, and then pour the juice into the blender for a smoothie — in the blender, I add the fresh juice, half an avocado, flax seeds, coconut milk, almond butter etc., creating a very rich and satisfying breakfast.
