Non-dairy Fruit Smoothie

In a blender:

2 cups of berries – such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc. Buying bags of frozen fruit makes it much easier and negates the need for ice!

½ cup of almond milk, soy milk, or rice milk

1 tbsp nut butter, such as organic peanut butter or almond butter

Small amt of stevia to sweeten – comes in both liquid and powder forms (Truvia is a common brand currently). Only takes a LITTLE (several drops or 1-2 packets of powder), it is very potent.
